Alongside larger, more fundamental, changes, we are also investing in meaningful awareness raising amongst our staff. This not only includes environmentally friendly practices but a healthy work-life balance and encouraging good working practices.  

This holiday season, we gifted our employees our Hegelmann Eco Growbook. Made entirely from recycled paper and bound in biodegradable, plant-based material, the book is designed to help employees plan their work and personal lives in a more balanced way, with space for notes, ideas and reminders. We also included a list of the most important celebrations and holidays from around the world to reflect our multicultural origins and promote diversity and inclusion. 

We delivered 4,200 Eco Growbooks worldwide. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many employees expressing their appreciation for the thoughtful and sustainable gift.
