Spotlight on:H-Mann and H-Womann 

Each year we aim to further promote a positive office culture and boost inclusivity and wellness through our internal actions. Last year, we introduced H-Mann, our Polish marketing team’s fresh new idea for boosting employee morale. 

Now – it’s time to meet H-Womann 

H-Mann and H-Womann are true heroes in our office, known for their unwavering commitment to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our employees. Together, they have a wealth of experience and expertise when it comes to fostering a supportive and productive work environment, and they are always willing to share their knowledge and advice.

Here are just a few of the ways in which H-Mann and H-Womann help improve the office atmosphere:

  • Encouraging employees to take regular breaks and engage in fun, team-building activities. H-Mann and H-Womann understand that a happy and healthy workforce is a productive one, so they encourage everyone to take time away from their desks and take part in activities that boost morale and improve overall well-being. This might be organised sports or fitness activities, or simply taking a walk to enjoy some fresh air.
  • Providing support and resources for employees to improve their physical and mental well-being. H-Mann and H-Womann know the demands of modern work can be stressful, so they are always on the lookout for ways to help employees manage their stress. This could include offering access to mental health services, providing healthy snacks and drinks in the office, or simply being a listening ear for anyone who needs support.
  • Hosting regular meetings and social events to foster connection. H-Mann and H-Womann believe a strong sense of community is essential for creating a positive office atmosphere, so they work together to organise regular meetings and social events to help employees get to know one another better. This might be a group lunch, a happy hour, or even a fun outing to a local attraction or event. 
  • Helping employees set goals and achieving them. H-Mann and H-Womann know this can be a powerful motivator, so they work with employees to help them establish goals that are both challenging and attainable. They then provide support and guidance throughout the process, to overcome any obstacles that might arise.
  • Offering employees training and development opportunities. H-Mann and H-Womann are both strong believers in lifelong learning and are always looking for ways to help employees develop new skills and advance in their careers. This might be via in-house training sessions, external workshops or conferences, or simply by providing access to learning materials and resources. 

It is important our employees live and honour our values. This means actively incorporating our core values into our daily work and using them as guiding principles to inform our decisions and actions.
